How to make it

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in a pinch of salt along with the orzo. Cook the orzo according to the package directions. Drain the orzo and rinse under cold water until it is cool to the touch. Drain any excess water.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add in the olive oil and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add in the snap peas and cook for about 3 minutes until tender. 
  3. Mix the cooked orzo and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce into the pan. Push everything to one side of the pan. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble. Add the green peas into the pan and continue to cook until the peas are warmed through. Remove the pan from heat and season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
