Spicy Tuna Tartare Wonton Cups

How to make it

  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. Brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt on one side. Place in a mini muffin pan, salt side up. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the tops of the wrappers are brown and crisp. Remove and set on a cooling rack.
  4. Combine tuna, cucumber, green onions, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, ginger, remaining 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix together.
  5. Just before serving, mix in lime juice, lime zest and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. 
  6. Spoon tuna into each wonton bowl and top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
