Spicy Tuna Tartare Wonton Cups

How to make it
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt on one side. Place in a mini muffin pan, salt side up. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the tops of the wrappers are brown and crisp. Remove and set on a cooling rack.
Combine tuna, cucumber, green onions, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, ginger, remaining 1 teaspoon of salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix together.
Just before serving, mix in lime juice, lime zest and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. 
Spoon tuna into each wonton bowl and top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
