Add the Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Rice Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, peanut butter, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt to a bullet blender. Blend until the dressing is smooth and emulsified. Set it aside.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add in a pinch of salt along with the spaghetti. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain the spaghetti and rinse under cold water until it is cool to the touch. Drain any excess water.

In a large bowl, combine the spaghetti, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, peanuts, sesame seeds, cilantro, basil, and prepared dressing. Toss to combine and enjoy!
