Creamy brie cheese and salty prosciutto are already a great combination, and the addition of Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce adds sweet and spicy notes, as well as adding that saucy element you would usually get from melted chocolate in a regular s'more. Place brie slices on a heat-safe surface. Use a kitchen torch to gently blister and melt the tops until golden, bubbly, and caramelized. Set aside.
Lay out 6 crackers. Top each with a folded slice of prosciutto. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Honey Sriracha Sauce. Gently place a torched brie slice on top of each.
