Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and mix with half of the seasoning packet that came with the ramen. Mix in Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Set aside.

Pour some warm water onto a plate and soak a piece of rice paper for around 30 seconds, until soft and pliable. Place the rice paper down on a clear surface. Add 1-2 Tbsp. of the noodles to the center of the wrapper, then place a piece of Swiss cheese and some green onions on top.

Wrap into a parcel and set them aside on a lightly oiled plate so the dumplings don't stick. Repeat this process for 6 dumplings (make sure to leave some leftover green onion for the spicy dipping sauce).

In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Place in your dumplings and fry for 4 minutes on each side.

In a small bowl, add your mayonnaise, leftover green onions and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Drizzle with more Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil if you want it extra spicy. Enjoy!
