In a large bowl, mix together Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, brown sugar, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, and cooking wine.
Once the marinade is thoroughly mixed, add in onion and pork belly and fully coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
When ready to cook, heat a pan to medium-high heat. Sauté the onions and pork belly until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Place mayonnaise and lettuce on the bottom bun, and top with your cooked spicy pork belly. Place pickled veggies on the pork belly and add top bun. Enjoy!
