  2. Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. In a medium size mixing bowl combine ground pork, ground beef, parmesan cheese, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, egg and breadcrumbs. Gently mix until well combined. Roll into 24 small balls, using a small cookie scoop, and set aside.
  4. Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium heat until hot and add olive oil. Place 12 meatballs in the skillet and sear on all sides for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Place meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, combine marinara sauce and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil in a bowl and set aside.
  6. When the meatballs are completely cooked, remove from the oven and switch the oven to broil. Top with 2 Tbsp. of the spicy marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Place under the broiler for several minutes, watching closely, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve immediately, with toothpicks for easy eating.  Enjoy!
