How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven according to the pizza dough package directions.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Remove the sausage from the casings and add it into the pan. Cook and crumble the sausage until browned and cooked through. Remove the sausage from the pan and set it aside.
  3. Grease your hands with olive oil then stretch the pizza dough out into a circle 14-inches in diameter. Make sure the edges are a bit thicker to form the crust. Place the pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Spread the pizza sauce onto the pizza dough in an even layer. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese on top. Evenly distribute the pepperoni, ham, and sausage all over the pizza.
  4. Brush the edge of the pizza crust with olive oil. Bake it in the oven according to the pizza dough package directions or until the cheese has melted and the crust is golden brown. Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil all over the top. Enjoy!
