How to make it

  1. In a blender combine the tomatoes, red onion, white onion, jalapeno, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, olive oil, tomato juice, red pepper, yellow pepper, cucumber, Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice Pulse until the mixture becomes a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Pour into a bowls and garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil.
  3. Drizzle with more Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil. Enjoy!
