Add the cornstarch and water to a small bowl. Mix until the cornstarch dissolves.
In a separate bowl, mix the Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Shaoxing cooking wine, and chili flakes together. Pour in the cornstarch mixture and mix until well combined.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the butter and garlic. Allow the garlic to cook for about 30 seconds.
Add in the shrimp and cook until pink and fully cooked through, about 5 minutes. Then mix in the snow peas and cook until they turn a vibrant green color, about 1 minute. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook it with the shrimp and snow peas for about 1-2 more minutes. Remove the pan from heat and serve with white rice. Enjoy!
