Soak your frozen udon noodles in hot boiling water just until loosened, about 30 seconds. Strain immediately and set aside.
In a large sauté pan, set over medium heat, add vegetable oil. Once oil is hot, sauté shrimp until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Lower pan to medium-low heat and add Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and green onions. Then quickly add in all sauce mix ingredients in the listed order. Toss in udon noodles and mix well until noodles are coated in sauce.
Once noodles begin to steam, add in shrimp. Remove from heat.
Garnish with sesame seeds and more green onions. Enjoy!
