How to make it

  1. Cook noodles according to the package and set aside. 
  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, pour vegetable oil and add ground pork meat. Breaking up with a spatula, cook until the meat has a brown and crispy appearance. Then add Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce and 1 Tbsp. Chinese black vinegar. Mix well and cook till liquid has evaporated.  
  3. Remove meat and set aside, in the same skillet, add the bok choy and sauté 3-5 minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, combine remaining Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Chinese black vinegar, honey, Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Oil, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, water and garlic. Whisk to combine. 
  5. Mix sauce into noodles. Divide between 4 bowls and top with pork, bok choy, cilantro, green onions and peanuts.
