Pasta is great with a classic tomato sauce, but this rose cream sauce adds richness and heat at the same time, transforming a simple meal into an unforgettable recipe you'll want to make on repeat. The key ingredient to bring it all together is Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. This simple addition brings layers of complex heat and garlicky flavor that complement the chicken, tomatoes, and cream perfectly. From there, it all comes down to your favorite pasta shape for coating creamy sauces, such as radiatori!
Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, salt, and black pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–6 minutes.
Stir in shallot, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Add marinara sauce and Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, stirring to combine.
