Make salad dressing. Combine Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, mustard, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl. Gradually whisk in oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until needed.
In a medium bowl, mix the Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil together. Add in chicken and mix until fully coated.
Place greens in salad bowl. Arrange chicken, bacon, eggs, avocado, tomato, red onion and blue cheese on top of greens.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over the salad and toss. Enjoy!
