Spicy Chicken Teriyaki Quesadilla

How to make it

  2. For teriyaki marinade, combine brown sugar, sake, mirin, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Premium Cooking Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sauce and Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic in a bowl. Whisk well until the sugar has dissolved completely. Add chicken to the bowl and marinate for two hours.
  3. Heat a skillet on medium heat and add olive oil to the pan. Once hot, cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side. Remove to a cutting board and let cool. Once cooled, cut the chicken into strips or cubes and get ready to assemble your quesadillas.
  4. Heat the griddle pan or frying pan over medium low heat. Place tortillas to warm up and flip once. Place a generous amount of cheese on the tortillas. Then to one half of the tortilla, add teriyaki chicken, avocado, cilantro and a generous squirt of Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Fold over the other side of the tortilla and cook until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden and crispy.
  5. Cut each quesadilla into 3 or 4 triangles. Serve immediately with salsa, sour cream, lime, cilantro and more Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce. Enjoy!
