Place Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce into a bowl along with the chicken thighs. Mix around and let that marinate for a few hours in the fridge.

When ready to cook, heat up grill to medium/high heat.

Toss the chicken on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through. Take off the grill and let cool before finely chopping.

Dice the onion and jalapeno pepper and chop the cilantro.

Chop up the chicken thighs into small pieces.

Warm flour tortillas and then make the tacos by adding the chopped chicken, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Top with more Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce and serve right away while hot with lime for garnish.
