Spicy Chicken Stew with Oyster Flavored Sauce
What You Will Need
Ingredients
- 1 whole carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1 inch length
- 8 pcs chicken, legs and thigh, bone-in
- 8 oz. tomato, canned
- 4 oz. water
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. sherry, dry
- 4 Tbsp. Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce

How to make it

In a medium sauce pan, heat oil.

Add in the ingredients and bring chicken mixture into a boil.
