Spicy Chicken Pretzel Twists

How to make it
In a medium bowl, mix Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce, and Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow Style Chili Crisp Oil together. Add in shredded chicken and mix. Set aside.
To make pretzel twists, begin by rolling each piece of dough into a 10" rope. Flatten and pull dough out, width wise, to be filled with chicken and cheese.
In the center of the dough, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella and then some of the chicken mixture. Make sure not to overfill your dough. Pinch dough closed very well. Twist and place on a large baking sheet prepared with foil and sprayed with vegetable oil. Cover with saran wrap sprayed with non-stick spray and place in a warm spot and let rise for about an hour.
Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the baking soda. Gently place each twist in the soda water and simmer gently for 15 seconds per side. Drain on a wire rack and return to prepared baking sheet. 
Combine egg with 1 Tbsp. water to make an egg wash. Brush each with egg wash and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with additional Lee Kum Kee Sriracha Chili Sauce for dipping if desired. Enjoy!
