How to make it

  2. Combine shrimp in a glass bowl with 1/2 cup lime juice. Cover with plastic wrap and transfer to the fridge for 20 minutes until opaque and “cooked”. 
  3. Drain lime juice from the shrimp and toss it with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
