What You Will Need

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. Yangchun noodles
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 3.5 oz. brisket, diced
  • ½ Tbsp. dried chili peppers, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green onion, chopped, to garnish

Broth

  • 1 pack Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Mala Beef Noodles
  • 1 ⅔ cup water

How to make it

  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water, then place in a bowl and set aside.
  2. In a heated pan, add oil and stir fry the brisket and dried chili pepper. Add the Lee Kum Kee Soup Base for Mala Beef Noodles and the water and bring to a boil. Pour the soup onto the noodles, scatter with the chopped green onion and serve.
