Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil in a skillet. Add in the ground beef and cook that down, while breaking apart the meat with a spatula. Cook that until it’s no longer pink adding salt and pepper to taste.
When it’s cooked, remove from the pan and place in a bowl and set aside.
In the same pan toss in the chopped onion, garlic and ginger and let that cook down for a couple minutes. Add the meat back in to the pan along with the Panda Brand Sauce for Lettuce Wrap and give it a stir.
Plate the lettuce and then spoon the beef mixture into the middle of each piece. Top them with chopped peanuts, fresh chopped cilantro and lime juice.
