Preheat the oven to 250˚F. Add the brown sugar, honey, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, shaoxing wine, five spice, white pepper, garlic, and ginger to a pot. Mix to combine then heat it over medium heat and bring it to a bubble. Remove the pot from heat and set it aside.

Place a wire rack inside a roasting pan. Pour 1 cup of water into the pan. Place the ham onto the wire rack, cut side down, and brush on the first layer of glaze. Wrap a sheet of aluminum foil over the ham and bake it in the oven for 35-45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 130˚F. Brush a coat of the glaze onto the ham every 15 minutes.

When the ham reaches 130˚F, increase the oven temperature to 450˚F. Brush another coat of the glaze onto the ham. Bake it for another 5-10 minutes, brushing a coat of the glaze onto it every 2-3 minutes. The ham should be very caramelized.
