How to make it
In a small bowl, mix together the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, and sugar until the sugar dissolves. Add the spam to a resealable plastic bag and pour in the sauce mix. Marinate the spam for 15 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add in the oil followed by the marinated spam and fry on each side until they turn golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove the spam from the pan.
Place a strip of nori onto a clean work surface. Use your hands or a musubi mold to shape the rice into the same shape as the spam and about 1 ½ inches high. Wet your hands with water to prevent the rice from sticking to them.
Place the rice onto the middle of the strip of nori. Add a slice of spam on top of the rice and fold the ends of the nori strip on top. Use a bit of water to adhere the ends of the nori together. Repeat steps 4-5 to assemble the remaining musubi. Enjoy!
