In a pan combine Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, miso paste, and garlic in a pan over medium heat. Whisk together until miso is mixed in. Turn off the heat and set aside.

Take the salmon and set on a tray with parchment paper. Brush the salmon with soy sauce mix and then place in the fridge to marinate for a bit until ready to cook.

Preheat broiler to 350 F degrees.

In a nonstick pan, place olive oil and heat it up. Place the salmon skin side down and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Pour the remaining soy marinade over the salmon and then place under the broiler to cook for 6 or so minutes.
While the fish is cooking, throw in the broccoli rabe to the pan and cook that down for a few minutes.

Remove salmon from the oven and garnish with some chopped green onion, sesame seeds and serve with a side of the seared broccoli rabe.
