Southwest Burger with Avocado Salsa

How to make it
Make the avocado salsa by mixing all the sauce mix ingredients in a bowl. Place in the fridge to chill until ready to use. 
Place the ground beef into a bowl along with the smoked paprika, chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and hot sauce. Mix together with your hands and form into two 1/2 lb. burger patties. 
Grill the burgers for 5-6 minutes per side or cook till desired doneness. Place cheese down onto burger and let melt. 
Place burgers onto the buns and then top with a few spoonfuls of avocado salsa. Serve right away.
