  • 8 oz. soba noodles
  • 4 oz. imitation crab meat, torn into thin pieces
  • 2 oz. red carrots, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 oz. cucumber, chopped

Seasoning

  • 3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Supreme Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp. aged vinegar

How to make it

  1. Follow instructions on noodles package and boil until soft. Place noodles in ice water, remove and dry. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Place imitation crab meat, cucumber, and red carrots on top of noodles, then place in refrigerator.
  3. Add seasonings and stir to combine before serving. Sprinkle with toasted sesame.
