How to make it
Heat cooking oil, then pan-fry steaks for 2–3 minutes on each side. Add butter and mix well. Arrange steaks on plate and cover to keep warm.
In same skillet with remaining oil, saute onion and mushrooms. Add flour and stir well. Slowly pour in Seasoning Mix and cook until sauce thickens.
Pour thickened red-wine sauce over steaks and serve with potatoes and vegetables.
