How to make it
Boil a pot of water and cook the lo mein noodles as directed on the package then drain and set aside until ready to use.
Heat a large pan or wok on high heat.
Add 2 Tbsp. canola oil to the pan and then add the carrots and minced garlic. Cook down for 2-3 minutes until carrots have softened.
Add in the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce and ⅛ cup water, then bring to a boil for 1 minute.
Toss in the lo mein noodles and cooked chicken pieces (optional) give a few big tosses.
Plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
