Mix together the cornmeal, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper.
Take a french roll and spread the sauce mix on followed by lettuce, tomato and top with the fried shrimp. Top off with a little more sauce as desired. You should be able to make 3 or 4 sandwiches. Serve right away while nice and hot, with a side of oyster flavored sauce.
