How to make it
Heat pan to low heat with a little olive oil. Place the zucchini into the pan and toss, warming them gently, for about 5 minutes. Once cooked, drain out any remaining water left in the pan and remove the zucchini.
Dry pan and then heat with a little more olive oil to medium high heat. Add in chopped garlic and cook down for 2-3 minutes, then add in diced red bell pepper and green onion, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add in the shrimp and cook them for 3 minutes until cooked through, then crack in 1 egg and mix around with everything until cooked.
Add the zoodles back into the pan along with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, bean sprouts and chopped peanuts. Give one final mix then plate.
For garnish, top with cilantro and a side of lime wedges.
