How to make it

  1. Add the chicken broth, milk, ⅓ cup of cubed butter, salt, and pepper to a sauce pot. Heat it over medium high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and slowly stir in the grits. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 12-14 minutes until the grits have thickened. Stir frequently. Mix in the cheddar cheese and set the grits aside.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat. Add in the remaining tablespoon of butter and allow it to melt. Then add in the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Place the shrimp into the pan along with the Cajun seasoning and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce. Cook the shrimp until fully cooked then remove the pan from heat.
  3. Spoon some of the grits into a dish then top with a few pieces of shrimp. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
