Shrimp and Egg Breakfast Grain Bowl

How to make it
In a nonstick skillet, heat Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add in shiitake mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes. Add spinach and season with salt and pepper. Cook until wilted, about 1 minute. Take off and set aside.
In the same pan, add 1 tsp. olive oil then the egg.  Season with salt and pepper. Fry the egg for about 3 minutes then take off and set aside. 
In a serving bowl, add cooked brown rice, top with spinach and mushroom mixture. Add on carrots, cabbage, daikon, cooked shrimp, fried egg, and green onions.
