¼ cup Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce
1 Tbsp. lime juice
salt and pepper, to taste
How to make it
Preheat the grill to medium/high heat.
Toss peeled and deveined shrimp in a bowl with Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Black Pepper Grilling Sauce.
Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Take off heat and set aside.
Slice the cucumber and arrange them on a serving tray or plate.
In a bowl, smash up the avocado along with the green onion and chopped cilantro, and season with lime juice, salt and pepper to create the avocado mash.
Spread avocado mash onto the cucumbers and then top each with a piece of grilled shrimp.
