How to make it
Wash, peel the potatoes and cut into thin shreds. Blanch them in hot water for 40 seconds, remove from the water and place into cold water to cool down.
Remove potato shreds from cold water and drain. Add Lee Kum Kee 9°Selected Rice Vinegar, Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil, salt, and cilantro.
Mix well and ready to serve.
