How to make it
Add the egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon of the vegetable oil into a bowl. Mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, add the cornstarch and flour and mix.
Fill a pot with a few inches of vegetable oil and heat it to 375˚F. Dip chicken in the egg mixture, then dredge in the flour mixture. Fry the chicken for 3-4 minutes or until golden and crispy. Transfer to a cooling rack and repeat with remaining chicken.
Pour the Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Orange Chicken into a small pot and bring it to boil.
Add the fried chicken and heated Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sauce for Orange Chicken to a large bowl. Toss the chicken and sauce together until the chicken is well coated.
Serve with white rice and steamed broccoli. Garnish with white sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
