Preheat the oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spray with cooking oil and set aside.
Pat dry the tofu, cut into triangles and place onto the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the tamari, garlic, honey, ginger, and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Drizzle the sauce over the tofu and bake until golden brown on the bottom (about 12-13 minutes).
Flip the tofu and place back in the oven and bake until the other side of the tofu is golden brown (about 10-12 minutes). Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
