Add the potatoes to a large pot. Fill the pot with water so that it covers the potatoes by at least 2 inches. Add in a large pinch of salt. Bring the water to a boil and continue to boil the potatoes until they are tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Drain the potatoes then return them to the pot. Mash the potatoes until they are still a bit chunky. Add in the melted butter and the Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Mix until combined. Then add in the green onions, and garlic. Mix until you reach your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mashed potatoes into a bowl and garnish with white sesame seeds and sliced green onions. Enjoy!
