How to make it
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line muffin tray with paper cups.
In a large glass mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree and Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil until nice and smooth.
In a separate bowl, add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, pumpkin pie spice, and sesame seeds. Mix well, then slowly add dry mixture into the wet bowl and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour/scoop mixture into the cups, filling them up ¾ to leave room to grow. Place some sesame seeds and more chocolate chips onto the top before cooking.
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until cooked through in the center. Test with a toothpick. Transfer to cooling rack and let cool.
