How to make it

  1. Whisk together Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, honey, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil , salt and pepper. Place in a zip lock bag with ahi tuna and let it marinade for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. 
  2. While fish is marinating, prepare and place the mixed greens, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, cucumbers, radishes and carrots in a bowl. 
  3. In a skillet over medium high heat, add in the vegetable oil and wait till it gets hot. Remove the fish from the bag and place into the skillet. Sear on both sides for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 3 minutes, then slice and place over the salad bowl. 
  4. Garish with green onions, wonton crisps, and dress with a squeeze of lemon.
