While fish is marinating, prepare and place the mixed greens, yellow bell pepper, zucchini, cucumbers, radishes and carrots in a bowl.

In a skillet over medium high heat, add in the vegetable oil and wait till it gets hot. Remove the fish from the bag and place into the skillet. Sear on both sides for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and let it rest for 3 minutes, then slice and place over the salad bowl.
