How to make it

  1. Keep the steamed rice in a plate for later use.
  2. Heat a wok and add some oil. Stir-fry green onion and ginger, and then, add shrimp, scallops, squid and sea cucumber, stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add Lee Kum Kee Seafood Flavored Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, and cooking wine, stir-fry for 1 minute, and then add red pepper and bok coy to cook.
  3. Put the fried seafood and vegetables on the top of rice. Add a little water to the starch and add to the remaining soup to let it thickens. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Bouillon Powder Flavored with Chicken and Lee Kum Kee Premium Pure Sesame Oil, and pour over the rice.
