How to make it

  1. Cook lettuce in boiling water . Drain and put on a serving plate. Keep warm.
  2. Add seasoning mix to egg whites. Beat well.
  3. Pour egg whites into 3 tbsp oil while oil is just warm.
  4. Scramble quickly until egg whites are just set.
  5. Put on top of lettuce.
