How to make it

  1. Preheat oven at 375°C.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese
  6. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
