Heat skillet and then add in the chopped up bacon pieces. Cook for 5-10 minutes until almost crispy, then add in the pear wedges, Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet Soy Sauce and sauté them until they have softened and the bacon is crispy, about another 5 minutes.
Plate them and then top with candied walnuts. Serve right away while nice and warm.
