How to make it

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Combine, potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onion, and lemon in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, thyme, and a pinch of salt and pepper. 
  2. Pour Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Lemon Pepper Grilling & Dipping Sauce over the vegetables, and toss until evenly coated. 
  3. Distribute evenly onto a lined baking sheet and bake, making sure to stir vegetables halfway through cooking, until golden brown and tender, about 30 minutes.
