How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 450°C.
  2. In a small saucepot, bring mixed berries, sugar and lemon juice to boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together Oyster Flavored Sauce, Plum Sauce and Chili Garlic Sauce. Rub chicken breast with mixture and marinade for 30 minutes.
  4. Roast chicken for 25-30 minutes or until done.
  5. Serve with mixed berries sauce.
