How to make it
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Add olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss until everything is coated.
Preheat oven at 400 degrees F and bake for 25-30 minutes.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, Panda Brand Cooking Soy Sauce, Chili Garlic Sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Stir and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Simmer until mixture is reduced by half. Cook for about 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat.
To serve, plate your sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts and drizzle vegetables with glaze and top with black sesame seeds.
