Poke beef ribs with a fork and mix well with spare rib sauce. Marinate for 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 180C/350F. Roast beef ribs on a rack for 45–60 minutes. Set aside for 20 minutes before slicing.

Serve with more spare rib sauce, if desired.
