How to make it

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet with some Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and set aside. 
Cut the acorn squash into ¼ inch pieces then remove the strings and seeds. 
Arrange the slices in a single layer.
Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, salt and pepper. 
Roast for 40-45 minutes until fork tender.
Take out and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
