How to make it

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet with some Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and set aside. 
  2. Cut the acorn squash into ¼ inch pieces then remove the strings and seeds. 
  3. Arrange the slices in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil, salt and pepper. 
  5. Roast for 40-45 minutes until fork tender.
  6. Take out and garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
