Ingredients

  • 3 oz. alfalfa sprouts
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 whole tomato, medium, sliced
  • 2 oz. red onion, sliced
  • 6 oz. roast beef, sliced, deli style
  • 2 pieces french rolls

Seasoning

  • 2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 pinch black pepper, for taste
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise

How to make it

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine Hoisin Sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well. 
  2. Season with black pepper and set aside (hoisin flavored mayonnaise).
  3. Lightly toast the bread and spread hoisin flavored mayonnaise on top. 
  4. Assemble roast beef sandwich with the remaining ingredients.
