How to make it

  1. Saute rice with 2 Tbsp. butter.
  2. Add onion, cook mixture until rice is coated with butter.
  3. Add Black Bean Garlic Sauce and vegetables. Stir well.
  4. Add water, cover the pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until done.
  5. Spoon mixture over bell pepper.
  6. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees
